Fees are on a sliding scale based on household income and are designed to be accessible for all income ranges for anyone living or working in the city of Toronto. Family Service Toronto is a non-profit social service agency and fees are required to supplement the funding that we receive for this service. Staff can provide service in Farsi, Tamil, Spanish as well as English. Occasionally we may provide service in other languages. Please let SAU know about your language requirements at intake. Walk-in counseling service available on Wednesdays from 4:00-8:00 p.m. It is free of charge, and no appointment is necessary, but individuals should arrive by 6:45 p.m. This is for the Church Street location The David Kelley Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer (LGBTQ) Counselling Program provides professional, short-term, individual, couple and family counselling to people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or queer.
